You can view or print professionally formatted requisition forms online. If you place the order over the phone, the provider can auto-fax requisition forms back to your facility for signature.

PPS Invoicing

The provider will generate a professional, detailed invoice at the end of the month which will contain all the procedure details necessary for you to adjudicate the claims, and outline any applicable discounts.

Utilization Reports

Facilities get a real-time utilization report (section shown here) that details exam information and procedure counts – often times a requirement for government reporting.
