Internet Based Login

The application is a service, which means there is no hardware or software to buy or install, and you always get the latest features at no extra change. Just login from your office, your home, or a wireless laptop to access information securely.

Scheduling Orders

MediMatrix contains workflow components including the order screen you see here. Facilities, answering service providers, and your office personnel can schedule orders into a central location for dispatch.

Dispatch

Wireless messages can be sent to the technologist automatically using our color coded dispatch screen. Reassigning studies to a different technologist is a click of a button.

Requisition Form

Facilities can login and print professionally formatted requisition forms or the provider can auto-fax them back to the facility for signature.

Transcription

Transcription workflow is built into MediMatrix - transcriptionists can load patient reports in PDF format or enter information using our study template. You can also automatically load reports from your radiologist when they use our integrated Radiology Application or if their system can create electronic files. Simply enter the finding and conclusions into the system and a professional report is generated using the patient demographics and study information.

We all know faxed reports have a way of getting lost – facilities can view patient reports anywhere, at anytime.

Medical Records

MediMatrix centralizes all your patient information so it is easy to search for patient reports and images.

DICOM Images

Simply digitize your images (DR, CR or scanning technology) and clinicians, facilities, and radiologists can easily view and manipulate the images online without having to install expensive VPN hardware and software.

Claim Coding

Integrated claim management means you no longer have to re-enter patient claim information into an outdated billing system. Code the claim once, and you can see the charges for either PPS (Med-A) or Insurance (Med-B) billing.

Claim Billing Selection

Facilities can login and make the PPS billing determination at anytime – freeing up valuable time at the end of the month for billing administrators.

PPS Invoicing

MediMatrix is a complete PPS billing and receivables system - Professional invoices and statements mean the provider can stay on top of payments.

Insurance Billing

Medicare B and Insurance claims can be electronically sent to payers, and patient statements can be sent to responsible parties.

Reports - Management, Revenue, and Billing

Get a snapshot of your business with our Revenue Summary Report or see the day to day management details with our billing reports. In either case, professional reports are available real-time – no need to wait until the end of the month to see where you are at financially.
